The Inside Sales Representative will maintain, foster and create client relationships through solution selling tactics in order to obtain new sales. The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative fall into three main categories: pre-sales, sales and post-sale support of hardware, software and client relationship management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and profit by identifying potential opportunities within the existing account base; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing proposals
  • Understand client’s specific business needs and challenges through solution selling techniques
  • Meet or exceed revenue and profit goals
  • Secure new sales by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries
  • Prepare business cases and proposals in conjunction with team members
  • Clearly communicate the business value of Business Information Group
  • Use to manage calendar, territory, pipeline, prospects, clients, and opportunities at a minimum
  • Use Quotewerks for hardware/software quotes
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Two years relevant work experience
  • Microsoft Office Skills
